Inspirational Mystery & Suspense
Author Cindy Bauer is a native of Davenport, Iowa, though she currently resides
in Missouri. The youngest of three and an avid reader, Cindy often dreamed of
becoming a writer.
She graduated from Assumption High School and married her husband, Robert, a
year later.
While employed with a daily newspaper, Cindy's dream to become a writer
reignited and she published her first novel, Chasing Memories, in 2006, then
her second novel, Shades of Blue, in 2007. Her sister, a former journalism and
art teacher, edited them and encouraged Cindy along the way. In 2008, she
severed ties with her publisher and republished those two novels, finishing out
the series in 2009 with the publication of Crystal Clear.
